The Gallery Has Expanded!
For over 15 years I have had a fascination with the visceral quality of folk art, and the ability it has to evoke many of the passions I have for tribal art. Additionally, it makes me smile, and maybe broadens my view of art in general. I have introduced Just Folk Art to my web site, which offers fun, whimsical and less expensive interesting art forms that capture the spirit of the creative impulse and offer instant aesthetic gratification. If it is fun, interesting, and catches our eye, you will probably see it online in Just Folk Art. We think Just Folk Art is a great fit with our other online galleries, Shango and Eklektos where we continue to offer very high-quality African, Pre-Columbian, Oceanic, and American Indian art. We hope you do as well.
Appraisals and authentication of Tribal Art is still a very big part of our business.
